Meet Hillside

Hear about designing and building
this beautiful contemporary home.

Hill Country Home Building Requires An Experienced Team

The clients wanted their home to blend in with the hillside as much as possible. We accomplished this by embedding this eloquent, contemporary home in a hill on their land. Intermingled within the trees, the house overlooks a fantastic view of the river valley below.

The architectural details, such as the cantilevered hallway, make this home unique. Clean synthesis of glass and steel is the immediate distinctive aesthetic that catches the eye, but unlike most residential homes, its structure is composed mainly of red iron and engineered lumber. Built on a grid system, the house took much precision and technical detail to construct. From the paver roofing to the polished concrete floor that sits in a pan deck, the architectural design of this home truly is one of a kind.

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

We are confident in our ability to come alongside clients and architects. It’s a vital component of our role as a team player in the building process. Teamwork and collaboration are where an experienced Hill Country builder and architect provide significant value to the client experience. Focusing on this allows us to continue to earn trust and overall satisfaction again and again.

I encourage you to learn more about the architect builder team for this project through the company overviews below.
