Amanda was born and raised in Illinois. She moved to Texas in 2002, where she completed her master’s degree in Middle School Mathematics. Before taking a break to raise her children, she taught middle school math in San Marcos for 15 years. Amanda joined the Burnette Builders team in 2019 and uses her strong organization, and communication attributes to help with projects.

She and her husband have three children and love to spend quality time with friends and family. Amanda loves to workout, listen to live music, and see new sights. She and her family recently moved closer to Wimberley and quickly found out why this place is called “a little piece of heaven.”
