The constantly changing technologies and processes involved in building are fascinating and exciting. Since I was a child, I’ve always enjoyed building things. The evolution of the products and design possibilities have kept construction interesting and enjoyable.

I was born a Texan (Denison, TX) but grew up in upstate New York. I did, however, get back to God’s country as quickly as I could to attend school. I graduated from Abilene Christian University. My amazing wife & I have been married for 30 years this July. I have three beautiful girls and two wonderful grandchildren.

Being a bowhunter and fly fisherman naturally attracted me to the hill country. There are only five states I have yet to visit and I can tell you, the hill country of Texas is the most beautiful place I’ve seen. I am truly blessed to enjoy what I do and where I do it.
